When a student joins his engineering degree (Electronics / Electrical / Telecommunication branch) or a physics undergraduate joins post graduation in physics he will quickly receive an information. Engg. Electromagnetics / Electromagnetic theory (EMT) paper which is going to appear in future semesters is a difficult subject. It’s hard to pass the exam. An attempt has been made in this blog to change the above scenario.
Having received positive feedback from students for handling the difficult EMT paper in an easy manner I felt I could write a book titled “Electromagnetics made easy” for a reach of wider audience. After few years of writing, the book has been finally published by Springer and is gaining good attention among the academia.
In order to realize how much simplification has been made in the book in learning the EM theory paper, it is recommended to read few sample topics. The book can be read on google books and the link is given below. But however the chapters are sequentially written and because the intermediate topics are missing understanding might become difficult by reading google books.
One can also read the sample topics by using the look inside feature of the book in the respective Amazon page.
The book has been published by Springer and is available in the following link . The syllabus that is covered in the book and the preface of the book is available in the following link below. The preface contains more information about the book and the style of presentation of the subject. Do read the front matter in the below Springer link.
